Not only have we searched for the World’s very best beans, we have created a place where you can get everything you need all in one place. From coffees and teas to espresso machines, sugar to blenders! With the sole aim of making your lives easier.

Located in the beautiful West Country, where the coast meets the moor. We are a mix of coffee fanatics, hospitality experts and technicians. We have come together to create this collective that will help you deliver a great cafe experience. Our aim is to make your life as easy as possible. We have done a lot of the hard work for you. Barista
Training
OUR COFFEE TRAINING PROGRAM IS TAILORED FOR ALL LEVELS
*Barista support for the beginner, we cover coffee basics (espresso, milk, workflow and equipment care).
*Level 1 Barista, here we cover the foundation of espresso brewing, coffee menus and milk texturing plus daily equipment care.
*Level 2 Barista, this course is designed for the more experienced Barista. Covering origins, roast profiles, recipes, milk texture and pouring techniques. Machine and grinder care and adjustments.
Training is offered at our head office or at the customers premises.
Training takes 2 hours or more.
