High in the mountains of Peru, in some of the most rural growing conditions in the world, is a group of 50 farmers growing incredible coffee. Selected for their superior quality from a wider organic co-operative, this project allows our roaster to work with very small coffee farmers on exclusive lots and bring their remarkable coffees to our customers.
Explore is always roasted on Bertha – a hand-restored vintage Probat roaster, to a style that enhances the intense sweetness of this coffee. Expect notes of chocolate & toffee with a nutty finish.
